TBi Veiligheidssymposium

Customer request

Together with TBi, we developed and executed the symposium “Weiheid in Veiligheid”: a content-driven event that centered on safety as a shared responsibility throughout the entire supply chain. The goal was not only to discuss safety but also to make it tangible. How do you create a moment that goes beyond simply informing and contributes to awareness, ownership, and cultural change within the organization?

Creative concept

Together with the TBi team and experts in the field, we translated this vision into a powerful and cohesive overall concept. At Studio 21, we deliberately chose a circular layout, where the metaphor of the safety circle became tangible both literally and figuratively: everyone participates, and everyone shares responsibility. The program brought together strong keynotes, incisive panel discussions, and, as a unifying factor, personal stories from the field. Stories that confront, move, and show what happens when boundaries are crossed, but also what is needed to move forward together. For this event, we were able to fully leverage our expertise, experience, and creativity. From concept development to content direction, from visual design to program flow: every choice contributed to a single, powerful whole. The result? An impactful event in which the circle, as a symbol of the safety chain, was not only visible but, above all, palpable.

Impressive Impact

By carefully managing the concept, content, and execution, we created a program where every element came together seamlessly. Form and content reinforced each other, without one overshadowing the other. As a result, the symposium became more than just a one-time event: it was a meaningful moment that contributes to the conversation about safety and the movement toward a sustainable safety culture within TBI.
