EY is committed to diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace. By participating in Pride Amsterdam, EY stepped forward very consciously and outspokenly. EY's question to us was to create an appropriate concept to support our participation that treats all stakeholders with respect.

Creative conceptĀ 

'Building a better working world', EY's pay-off, we translated literally and figuratively into a short show with impact. 'Grey' was transformed into 'color'. The interaction with the audience and the frenzied cooperation of the EY people on board made it a resounding success.
