Van Oers was not looking for a standard staff party, but something completely customized. How convenient that was because that is our specialty at Fijnevent!
Creative concept
We immediately recognized the party culture at Van Oers' predominantly young team. There also had to be interaction, but different, better, and crazier… That is how we came up with Crazy Town! A daring concept in which live musicians shared the main stage with Van Oers employees. Band, DJs, dancers, MC, make-up: everything was there for you to step into the shoes of your favorite artist, take the stage and shine!

Ook bij Van Oers vonden ze het een beetje spanaEven at Van Oers, they were a bit nervous about how this was going to unfold. But it turned out to be insane. The enthusiasm on the evening itself and the reactions afterward from colleagues showed that it was completely successful. "Absolutely a top party, totally Van Oers!"erd waanzinnig. Het enthousiasme op de avond zelf en de reacties achteraf van collega’s lieten zien dat het helemaal geslaagd was. “Absoluut een topfeest, helemaal des van Oers!”
